Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Go Packaging and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.


1. Scope

This policy sets out the circumstances under which products purchased from Go Packaging may be returned, refunded, or replaced.


2. Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.


3. Business-to-Business Purchases

Where goods are purchased in the course of business, statutory cancellation rights do not apply. Returns for business customers are accepted only at our discretion, unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.


4. Return Conditions

All returned goods must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition;

  • Be returned in the original packaging; and

  • Be suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund where returned items do not meet these conditions.


5. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at sales@go-packaging.co.uk, quoting your order number and reason for return. Returns should not be sent without prior authorisation.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a fault with the goods, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty or incorrect on delivery, you must notify us as soon as reasonably practicable. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.


8. Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products;

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
